Fly into Heathrow Airport (Do not fly to Gatwick or Stansted)

1. Take the Railair coach to Reading train station (about 40 minutes) then a train to Castle Cary which is about a 30 minutes taxi drive to Glastonbury. There are taxis and we will probably have people co-ordinating via the web site and ride sharing. We may have people locally who will do pickup as well. Cost of trains varies greatly on time of day.

2. take the tube to Hammersmith (15 minutes or less) then short walk to Bus Station and take a coach to Glastonbury.

18:45: London - Hammersmith Bus Station to Glastonbury - Town Hall arrive 22.05 return journey cost is about $45 us ($60cdn, 30 euros).

This is a once a day service booked in advance. You would need to arrive day before the Gathering.

Fly into Bristol Airport in the UK

This would be a connecting flight from other countries or direct flights from Europe on Ryanair, EasyJet and other European carriers

Fly into Dublin in Ireland (Aer Lingus / British Airways) and take flight to Bristol in UK. (airport code BRS)

Fly into Amsterdam (KLM) then to Bristol

Fly into Munich (Lufthansa)

Fly into Zurich (swiss)

all these cities/airlines have connecting flights to Bristol

These international routes into Bristol are the easiest travel wise and then you just have a 40 minute taxi from Bristol airport to Glastonbury. Taxi fare: $75us ($100cdn, 70 euros).

Most European attendees will fly into Bristol so ride share should be possible from Bristol airport to Glastonbury. Bristol is a small regional airport. We would recommend these connecting options into Bristol as being less stressful. London airports are huge and travel to and from there is a challenge. The only reason to fly into London is if you want to visit the capital city as part of your trip.
